Love at First Sight!

Good Morning,

First, I want to thank you all for your thoughts, prayers, and well wishes for my Aunt and my family. Here is the update I received just before bed last night. She was still alert, the color was back in her complexion (Gran said she was "pale as a ghost" when she first saw her), she appears to be her normal self. She was moved from the individual ER room into a private room. The initial reports from her scan conclude it was a mini stroke. She is expected to make a complete and full recovery, Praise God!!! Again, thank you all for your prayers!

Today, I used this sketch from Card Patterns

to make this card for my little "love monkey", Jon-Christopher. I still love this Animal Cookies paper and this card just fell in place using this sketch. Everything is CTMH. Have a great day!

Card Patterns Sketch 28...

I haven't tried a Card Patterns sketch in a while. I really liked this week's sketch. It made for a quick and simple card, since I have a stack of papers to score this evening. Card Patterns 23

Here is my second girl card. On this card, I used the Card Patterns sketch 23. I love this sketch and knew it would be perfect for one of these girl cards. I used Crate Paper, an image from Squigglfly, Basic Gray chipboard, Martha Stewart glitter, CTMH White Daisy cs, and Kimberly's colored pencils, the ribbon is from stash...not really sure that I like the ribbon, but felt it needed something 3D on the image.

Bella Thank You

On to my second post for this morning, yay!! This one is a Thank You card using the Card Patterns 20 sketch for this week. I so love this Bella paper from CTMH! This was a really quick and simple card! I put the little bee on a large pop dot to add just a bit of dimension. I hope you enjoy it!
