Thanks friends...
for all of your prayers today. I was awakened at 6:30 am this morning by my daddy. He, mom, and Ashlea were on their way from our house in Tennessee. Mom had a gall bladder attack and we met them at the ER. Mom was assessed and has a stone in her gall bladder and one in the pancreatic duct. She has extremely elevated enzymes. She is on some really strong meds, iv, and antibiotics. If her enzymes are back around 200 tomorrow, she is scheduled for surgery on Friday. I so appreciate all of your thoughts and prayers.....

ReplyDeleteDefenitly keeping you all in my prayers! My mom had her gall bladder removed she was FULL of stones! Some of them were HUGE! It's much less of an incision now I've been told so I hope she will have a fast recovery!

Oh my, Kim you have been on a roller coaster these past few weeks. Know that prayer and faith will get you through. Good luck to your mom on her surgery!

Thank you for keeping us updated.... try to take care of yourself and rest up... it sounds like you may be in for a long weekend. Hopefully surgery will take care of the problem and she can be on the road to recovery!!
