My mom came through her surgery with flying colors!!!! Praise God!!!!! She is back in her room still waking up. She's eating ice chips and talking to us. If she can hold down some food later and no complications, she will be discharged later this evening. Thanks for all of your prayers and well wishes.....
Blessings,

ReplyDeleteOh Kim! I am just getting caught up on some long overdue blog hopping, and so am just now reading about your mom's surgery. I am so glad to hear she she came through with no complications. I'll keep the situation in prayer that she continues on the road to recovery. I had my gall bladder removed in September 2009 after my first (and thankfully only) attack...so I know it's terribly painful. I'm also happy to hear the atrial fibrillation is under control (I work for a cardiologist, and we have many patients with this condition). I hope she's resting comfortably at home as I'm typing this.
ReplyDeleteGod Bless!
