hi....

It's time to play along over at Cardabilities again.....Love this sweet sketch.
I made this from scraps in my stash. Love how it came out, sweet and simple......
Recipe: All supplies are K and Co. Wild Saffron. The butterfly and the flourishes are also Wild Saffron. I used the Word Bubbles stamp from the Artiste kit and some Cranberry ink for my sentiment.

A new sketch....

is up at Cardabilities....sweet one!
Tomorrow is the birthday of one of my very dear friends, so I came up with this.....made completely of scrap papers!!!! I love that I challenged myself to only use scraps!
I made a paper roll flower and those butterflies are hand cut too!
Since the card has a very vintage feel, I am also playing in a vintage card challenge at Colorful Creations.
Supplies: scraps of K & Co. Blue Awning paper,  sentiment-CTMH Celebration, inks-CTMH Outdoor Denim and Desert Sand, and pearls-Stamping Up

Merry and Bright

I have another quick card to share this morning. This one was inspired by the Tuesday Takes sketch at Sketches in Thyme. We chose a cardabilities sketch for this week.

Here is what I came up with....

I used all Stampin'Up! on this one. The paper pack is Jolly Holiday, the cardstock is Real Red, and the rub-on is from the Holly & Jolly pack. Don't you love the olive ribbon? I'm such a sucker for fabby ribbon.
You still have time to join in the Tuesday Takes #3 challenge at Sketches in Thyme this week.
Blessings,

You only live once, make it count....

Good Thursday Morning,
This morning I have a fabby new Creations by Penny digi image to share. I LOVE this swirl flower. I used the new sketch from cardabilities.

All the paper in this card came from my scrap drawer! You gotta love that! I embossed the base with the stylized flowers folder, used my nesties to cut the scalloped squares, added lots of Tim Holtz distress ink, some bling, lace ribbon, stickles and cut a butterfly from the cricut.

Visit Penny today to pick up this gorgeous flower digi! She has some brand new bookmarks too!
I hope your Thursday is great. This is our last day of KCCT testing. Yahoo....we test Monday and Tuesday with ITBS, there's no stress with that one!
Blessings,
