Sweater Weather ....

Just a super quick and cute card to share with you today! I must apologize for the thumb in the photo. Unfortunately, this is the only photo I had of this one. Anyway....I created this journal card for a sweater weather card swap I am in. I really like how it came out. I just randomly found some supplies and challenged myself to use them. 

I cut the leaf from Art Philosophy and the journal background from Artiste. I used some Saffron, Sunset, and Dessert Sand inks, some retired twine and bling from Recollections.

Playing along at Sketches in Thyme!

Happy Monday! I am so excited to have  some time this weekend to play in my room! I got some PL swaps all finished up and packaged and I got to create this super fun Halloween page with a photo from 2008!!!

I used all Nevermore papers on this one along with the number 9 key on the Artiste cartridge. Scattered some silver sequins and some complements and this one is finished! 

I really enjoyed using Bev Code's Sketch #169 over at Sketches in Thyme....

 Everyone knows I am currently on this kick of creating my own pocket cards. So what did I do???  I pulled out the oh so lovely Sangria and created this card for our Thanksgiving pages next month. 

 I used some of the Sangria assortment in the velum and Kraft to create these layers, with some pop dots. I am in love with Eggplant ink, IN LOVE!!! I also had to put just a few gold sequins here and there.

Sweet Treats...

Sweet Treats for Fall....nothing better than corn candy! I created this fun card for a swap I am in this month. It features Nevermore papers. 

And....I used the silver sequins, covered them with liquid class and some micro ebony glitter. Love them!  Great paired with the Black Shimmer Trim.

 I used this little jar and candy corn stamp to create my image.
