Tellen's Place Love...

Good Morning,
I finally got to do a card for Tellen's Place this week! It is a a sketch challenge. Here is the sketch.

And as always, the lovely, Terry, has some freebies for you to play with. She had three yummy images this week. This one just called out to me. Again, I'm using up my stash of My Mind's Eye older Valentine papers. I love how she turned out! Head over and play along with the girls at Tellen's Place, you have until Tuesday! This is a fabby sketch!

XOXOXO...

Good Morning,
I still had the scraps on my table from my Creations by Penny card from yesterday. So, I decided to use them for this card.

Once again, very simple, but getting more cards ready for Cards for St. Jude's. I just stamped my hearts, cut them out, put some foam dots behind them and the flourish. I just wanted to add some sparkle to the polka dot heart. I hope you are all having a fab day! We may see 50 degrees today. Oh, I pray we do! We are still a winter wonderland in my neck of the woods.

adore....

Good Morning,
This morning I'm sharing a card for the St. Jude's cards. Ashlea is spitting them out like old gum and this is just my second one. I have a ton of left over My Mind's Eye from a couple years ago. So, I'm finding the perfect way to use it up. On this one I kept it very simple, stamped my hearts and used foam dots to raise them up.

Cards for Saint Jude's...

***Second Post, Please Scroll for Artwork***
So I am reading my blogs. I'm visiting my friend, Teresa Kline, and I read this post that brings tears to my eyes, as quoted from her blog:
"I am also over the top thrilled to tell you about a wonderful project that Winter Sims is heading up and you can help....below are all the details!

Winter's Blog:
Winter Sims at Winter Wonderland

Here are some of the guidelines from St. Jude hospital and a few of mine
* Cards need to be a Valentine theme.
* Cards can't have anything about 'Get Well Soon', 'Feel Better', or anything reminding them of being sick. (Only Valentine Cards)
* Please make cards that can be used for any gender or age.
* Cards must be able to fit into a 4 1/2 X 5 3/4 envelope. (Winter will provide clear envelopes for each card, so there is no need to send one with your card.)
* Please send all cards to Winter at:
Winter Sims
Cards for St. Jude
P.O. Box 754
Warren, TX 77664
* You can include a message in the inside, but please remember, nothing reminding them of being sick. (Maybe just a Valentine sentiment.) You can also sign your name and where you are from.
* Winter will be excepting cards for the whole month of January. At the end of the month, she will pick random winners for prizes. She will be adding more prizes, often. The more cards you send, the more times your name goes into the drawing. Let your kids get involved too! :)
* Please send a piece of paper with your name, address, email address, and the amount of cards you sent. (It will help, when she has the drawing.)
*If anyone wants to donate a prize for the drawings, please email Winter with the details at marcussim@aol.com . "

Alright, now I'm inspired to make as many as I can...how about you? Pass it on....
Blessings,
