Tie it Up....

Good Morning,
Today is Monday and that is a new reveal day for Digital Ink Co. This week you are challenged to create something last minute, a gift tag, gift bag, last minute wrapping, etc. I was paired with Staming Dragon Designs. When I saw this holly and rose, it just called out to me to create a tag with it. I used my CTMH markers and lots of Martha glitter on this one. I wanted to add some sparkle. The papers are Chatterbox, the ink is CTMH, and the ribbon is from my stash. I used nesties to cut the tag. I hope this inspires you to make some last minute gift tags and such. Be sure to check out the dt and their last minute ideas as well. You can click the links in my sidebar.

Family...

Good Monday Morning,
I have had a late start this morning, some major blogger issues. I think all is well now. Today is Digital Ink Co challenge day. Check this out...

Isn't this a fabby prize!!!! This week, our lovely leaders have a sketch for some inspiration for us.

And here is the card I was inspired to do. My creator this week is Whimsy Design Studio. I absolutely love this beautiful cornucopia. I colored it with my CTMH markers and love how it turned out. My dp is from my stash. I used my Creative Memories ovals to cut my mats and embossed each, then added some CTMH distressing ink to the edges. My yummy ribbon is also CTMH. My sentiment epoxy sticker is from my stash of goodies from last year. That fabby border punch is none other than my favorite Martha Stewart punch. I hope this inspires you to create a wonderful fall or Christmas card. Don't forget to visit my oh so creative sisters at DICO. You can link to them via my side bar. Have a blessed Monday! I'll be back in a few with my Practical Scrappers layout.

Wishing You Well....

Happy Thursday,
Are you excited for the big reveal at Digital Ink Co this morning? I know if you are a fan, you've been following all the DT's sneak peeks this week. Well, the time has come, the big reveal is here, and without further adieu...

My card features the Fall Blessings image by Kathy at Stitchy Stamps. Isn't this the most awesome image to work with? I was so very excited when Boni and Judy chose this one for me. I love all the little intricate details within it. I really didn't want a lot of competition going on with the dps and ribbon. I wanted this incredible image to be the main focus for the card. I feel like I accomplished that! I used a mixture of markers and watercolor pencils on this one.
So now you've seen my new released image, go to Digital-Ink Co and see what else is new. Also, visit my dt sisters via the links in my side bar. Oh, what gorgeous creations are awaiting you!

Happy Monday All,
Monday brings a new challenge at Digital-Ink Co. This week we have a theme challenge. You will use a quote on your project. Once again, we designers were paired with one of our artists. I had the pleasure and honor to work with Stitchy Stamps. Kathy is so very talented and it is so easy to design using her images. I wanted to use her Pilgrim Prayers image. I had just enough scraps from this Basic Grey to make this card. Don't you just love this silhouette image? These are so easy to use and make such a statement. You must visit my DT sisters as they have outdone themselves yet again! Remember, their links are on my side bar.
I hope you can play this week, here is the prize for one lucky winner! Doesn't Sid's House look like so much fun to play with?

Reminder, if you subscribe to our newsletter, you will receive one free stamp every month! What are you waiting on?...Subscribe today!

Are you ready for a recipe challenge at Digital-Ink Co? That's what we have this week. You will use some fabric, glitter, button and a bow as your recipe for our challenge. Your fabric can consist of ribbon, felt, fabric material of any kind. This is a fun recipe and be as creative as can be! The DT had the opportunity to work with images from the fabulous Jules of Jules Junk. I had picked this adorable bear up during the Falloween Blog Hop, it was part of the Breast Cancer Awareness set. I really wanted to use this bear and I pinned a real pink ribbon over the one that is part of the image. Of course, this Life Delights pp was just calling out to be used on this card. Don't forget the 50% off sale is going on until the end of this week. Now is the time to purchase some of the fantastic images from the shoppe. ****SECOND POST FOR TODAY, PLEASE SCROLL TO SEE MORE****
Well, we have a sketch for you this week over at Digital-Ink Co. A fun and fabby sketch to use anyway you like! What do you think about this?

The Design Team had the pleasure of using an image by Judy at M&M Designz. I chose to do this fabby shoe with the Breast Cancer Awareness ribbon. I just want to shout out to Judy, I adore this entire set. I picked them up during the Falloween Blog Hop last week. I support Breast Cancer research in any way I possibly can. Here is the card I made. I am actually sending this to my aunt Irene, in Ohio. She just had a biopsy on her breast on Friday. She will get the pathology reports back on the 16th. I am praying that it isn't cancer. This shoe just screamed out shine, glitz, and glitter. So that is exactly what I did. I pulled out the silver embossing powder to do the inner back sole pad and the bottom heel on the shoe. I used black stickles around the outer parts and the band. For the pink ribbon, I used liquid glass. I also wanted my sentiment to be blingy, so I embossed it too. I thought the ribbon needed to be more simple, so no bow on this one. But I did add the black bling in the top scallops. I used my d'vine embossing folder and spritzed on the glimmer mist. Notice how it (glimmer mist) kind of took on a different "thicker" look after the embossing. Oh, and I had to add a gem to the toe piece.Well, what do you think?

Do you want to know what you're playing for this week? This amazing image from Stamping Dragon Designs at Digital Ink C0. Can't you just see this on a Christmas card or a layout? Don't forget to link you post back to the Mr. Linky on the DICO blog. Our design team has so incredible cards this week, be sure to give them some love!

Jules Junk Blog Hop Challenge....

Hi y'all! I hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful day! I know that there's been lots of special blog hops and challenges going on this weekend and have I enjoyed those! My post for today comes from the challenge that Jules has up during the Digital Ink Co blog hop. Hey, I see a lot of you hopping but not doing the challenges. You'll have a blast working on these. And, remember, go to the Digital Ink Co store blog to download your ****FREE**** set of images to use in the challenges. Anyways, Jules asked for a pop up card. This is my first attempt at a pop up. It took a while to put together and I'm still not really sure about my design. It was fun to work on though. Let me know what ya think!
Here is the inside. It may be difficult to tell, but I promise the little bat does pop out.
