Woodland Romance...

Happy Super Bowl Sunday! Are you planning to watch the game tonight! I will be glued it! 

In the meantime, I want to share this Woodland Romance set today. Yesterday I shared a layout that featured the deer and the best day banner. 

Today, I am sharing a pocket page card that I made using the deer and that pretty heart. I used the cascading confetti embossing folder on Slate cardstock and bumped it with the sanding block. I love how it appeared to be snow! I also used the dauber to apply a kiss of ink to the love heart so it wasn't so stark white. I am so in love with how this card came out!

Those two delightful products went together to make up this card. 

I started with watercolor paper, wet the surface, did a gradient of pink paint.....the used the round tip brush and spattered some black watercolor over the entire surface. When it was dry, I stamped the sentiment from the Woodland Romance set. Wrapped some Pixie twine and a heart dangle, then added three of the darkest silver sequins to finish it off. I LOVE this card!
