Color My Heart Dare....

Happy Tuesday! Can you believe that it is August 4 already! 

I'm sharing this little card with you today. 

I used a White Daisy base, then paired some retiring product with some new! The sunset washi is on the list to retire, as well as the Olive fundamentals, get them before they are gone! Then, I used the August Stamp of the Month and the Artistry along with Hollyhock ink to create the sentiment.

And these fabulous colors over at Color My Heart Color Dare.... 

Such a delightful color combination.

Happy Monday Peeps! Today I have a sweet card to share with you. I pulled out some Blush...

I was inspired by this sketch at Retro Sketches.

Here is a close up of the Artiste cut flowers that I layered and curled to create those pretty 3D embellishments. 

I used a bitty bling inside the flowers just for a touch of class....

 I used this delightful stamp set to create this masculine card. 

 I thought this set just complimented the Jackson papers perfectly, along with a Kraft base. I used Cocoa ink.

I was inspired by this sketch at Retro Sketches. As you can see, I was inspired but did not hold true to the sketch. I altered to fit the needs of my stamp.

So Tweet....

Playing along this morning at Retro Sketches....

 I was inspired to pull out Penny Lane papers and My Sunshine stamps to create this "tweet" card

using sketch #130...

All papers are Penny Lane (MME), the stamp is from SOTM last summer, Ranger Ink, bling from stash, and that sweet little bud is from Recollections.

Hello friends....a little card inspiration today from Retro Sketches

and my take on it...I love these papers! 

I used Chalk it Up papers, bitty blings, Sorbet and Lagoon papers, and black ink. The stamp set is called Great Job C1588

Getting to play along with this fun sketch at Retro Sketches today! 

 I chose the purple and gold as part of my team challenge (high school colors)  for our Rose Blossoms group. I am so happy with how this one came out!

Recipe: CTMH supplies-cardstock/inks- Petal and Honey, cuttlebug embossing folder, Jolee's bling. I used a little rock and roll on my stamped image and I LOVE it! The flowers are layered and cut at 1.25 inch from the George and Basic Shapes cartridge.

Got a few minutes to play along with Retro Sketches this week......Fun and simple sketch....don't you agree? 

I needed a baby card for a sweet friend of mine. Her nursery colors are purple and green. This card also fit a  word challenge (new) at 2Broke Girls.

I used the baby embossing folder and my nesties  for the circle element, threw in some glitter for a bit of bling, and two yummy ribbons.
