Happy Thursday! Another page for Ashlea's album. This is from her little end of junior high prom. She is never going to be able to love any man quite the way she will her Daddy.... She is his heart.

Happy Wednesday! Sharing a quick layout this morning that I did for Ashlea's album. 

 This is for her eighth grade year. Graduation is such a happy and bittersweet time. She is not my little girl any longer. Now, she's my big girl. I used the sketch at Let's Get Sketchy from September Week 1.

Happy Tuesday..... I am so in love with this photo of my Ashlea. This was taken just outside her junior high school immediately after graduation in May. Love how the sun was beginning to set behind the building and the glow it gave this photo.

 Hee Hee....even used the little slip of title strip from the paper as an embellie on this one.

Stuck on U....Beautiful....

So happy that I got to play along today at Stuck on U Sketches! This sketch is just fabulous....

 My niece, Ashlea just graduated junior high and they had a "prom" at the end of the school year. She is nothing more than stunning in this photo. 

Rather than going on bling overload, I chose to stamp some flourishes and add bits and pieces of bling as not to distract from her lovely photo. So very pleased with how simple, clean,  yet elegant this page is.

I'm back today to wrap up the challenges this month at Scrap Our Stash. Challenge 17 was to use this sketch and dig DEEP into your stash.....

I went all the way back to 2007 CTMH stash on this one....everything on this layout is from 2007 with the exception of the Pink Paislee chipboard alphas and the bling...and I'm sure that they are at least 2 years old...

 

All papers and the ribbon are from CTMH Let's Get Together from Summer 2007, Pink Paislee alphas, and the bling was just in my stash....

Opposites Attract.....

After a grueling last month of school, stress, stress, and more STRESS....I am finally back at it!!!! This week our challenge at Lasting Memories is to make a layout featuring 'opposites attract'. I choose to use two different shapes in my double page layout. I used curves and straight edges. I also used flowers and pinwheels.

Good Morning! Our challenge this week at Lasting Memories is to be inspired by a quote. Still rather inspired from last week's challenge, I pulled out some old stash and created this...

I was inspired to create this layout based upon the quote, "It doesn't get any better than this". I adore these Stella papers and canvas stickers. What quote will inspire you? Is it a favorite of yours, or will you be inspired by shopping through your stash, as I was? Can't wait to see what you come up with!

Hello....I had a snow day yesterday, so I played with ink and papers all day long. I'm sharing a layout today that comes to you from Sketch With Color. Isn't this color scheme just yummy????

The butterfly was cut with the Elegant Edges cartridge.

The title is embossed using the Cuttlebug and the paisley folder, so I'm entering this into the Scrap Your Story weekly challenge which is embossing! I am also entering this in the Lasting Memories CAS for this week!

I was inspired to create a layout for my Ashlea using this sketch for a challenge over at Colorful Creations.

I pulled out my new Chantilly papers and embellies for this very girly page.

I I cut the journaling box with Elegant Edges cartridge. Can I just say that I am so loving the fabric behind the journaling box!!!!! So easy to cut and adhere to the page! 

Supplies: Chantilly Workshop on the Go, Cotton Candy Ink, Elegant Edges cartridge, Martha Stewart border punch, and foam tape. 

Organizing....

Hey ladies....

I'm working on organizing my MESSY room today. My little kids are on their way home. They have really enjoyed my scrappy space, both of them. And yes, we are all still on snow days....

I'm posting a layout that Ashlea did of her bubby losing his teeth on Saturday evening. She did this all on her own, no help anywhere.

She didn't like the glare in his eyes, so she used a black marker to color them in.....she won't do....
