Sketchabilities 87

Today I am sharing a layout that I was inspired to do using the current Sketchabilities sketch.

I am working on my oldest niece, Megan's, wedding from this past May. This layout is so dear to my heart. Megan's mother passed the day before she turned 7.  She is actually my first cousin, but when this tragedy struck my family, my sister and Grandmother raised her, hence I call her niece. She is about to turn 24. This day was so emotional for us. This was the kiss her daddy gave to her when seeing her for the first time.

Today I decided to play along over at Cardabilities.....My Rose Blossom sister, Lynn is on the DT and she just inspired me to play along..... Here is the sweet sketch,

and my take on it.....

Today I have a very clean and simple card for you. It is a color challenge from Brenda, our Rose Blossom Leader. Her challenge to us, create with Pear, Honey, Gypsy, and White Daisy only...... Love how simple this one is.

This morning, I want to welcome you to a brand new challenge blog..... My dear sweet friend and CTMH upline, Brenda Rose, has decided to open her very own challenge blog! Yippeeeeeee!!!!! This challenge blog is......

What makes this challenge blog so different? We want you to really utilize the Close To My Heart Cricut cartridges.  On the 1st and 15th of each month, we will be posing new challenges that focus on a specific key of one of our exclusive cartridges - Art Philosophy or Artiste.  We'll have a Top 3 for each challenge, and there will be a "Top Blossom" for the month!  The "Top Blossom" will win the monthly prize which will always be a stamp set that coordinates with a Cricut cut.  Sounds like fun, right?!  You can read more rules by clicking on the "Rules" tab at the top of the blog.
