Amour....

Today is January 31!!!! Oh my!!!! 2016 is off to a very fast start. Hopefully, springtime and warm weather will come quickly.
Today, I am sharing one more project with the January Stamp of the Month, Beloved Bouquet.
I used the stamp and some watercolor paints to create the roses. The paper was in a stack from Hobby Lobby, as well as the pearls and doily. The twine is some really old CTMH.
If you love this stamp and do not want to miss a chance to get it, purchase yours today!

Do you watercolor?

Do you love watercolor paints? Let me just tell you these are the most wonderful creamy paints ever!!!!
Don't you love this set, Woodland Romance? It coordinates with our Artistry cartridge.

Those two delightful products went together to make up this card.
I started with watercolor paper, wet the surface, did a gradient of pink paint.....the used the round tip brush and spattered some black watercolor over the entire surface. When it was dry, I stamped the sentiment from the Woodland Romance set. Wrapped some Pixie twine and a heart dangle, then added three of the darkest silver sequins to finish it off. I LOVE this card!

Where are you, snow?

I'm back today with a fun Project Life style sketch from over at Sketches in Thyme Project Life Style.
Our sketch this week is by Angela Smith....
I created this journal card for my December Daily. I always want snow for Christmas. I am like a little child when it comes to a white Christmas. Once again, snow did not visit.....
I chose to have some little falling snowflakes along one side....
This is a great sketch to play along with. If you haven't been over to visit Sketches in Thyme Project Life Style, hop on over now! Lots of inspiration for you there!!!

Live Your Day Rose Blossom Blog Hop.....

Welcome to the Rose Blossom Blog Hop on the 15th of January!

You probably just came from the fabulous Mary's Pixie Dust Playground, you are in the right spot. Don't worry though, there is a complete list of all the Blossoms on the hop at the bottom of my post.
I have this little deal going today....
If I sell 5 sets during the hop, I will be having a random drawing (from those who purchase) for a $25 Gift Certificate to shop on my online store!
I decided that since I had already created a video showing how to use these cards in your planner, that I would use them on a layout, as layers. This is what I had when I finished.....
This photo shows the journal card, the Be Happy card as a layer/title and the little strips I cut to create the banners.
I used a strip of one of the cards and just a pretty piece of our new black ribbon to balance the black of the Hello element.
I even used the polka dot (that was left from cutting the Hello out) to create a banner and placed some washi on it.
Of course, I had to use some bits of gold.... I am a bling girl for sure!
Now you can hop on over to Brenda's blog to join us from the beginning!
Here is the entire list of Blossoms on the hop!

Planner Pieces....

Happy Monday! Today, I have a very quick little project to share!
I joined the Planner Pieces swap on Project Life Card Swaps. I wanted something very romantic for February. So, I pulled out some lace and let the creating begin.
This first photo shows the bitty binder clip. I glued some paper to cover the red clip, attached a red sequin and some lace. I adore this clip!
This is a photo that shows how I have them attached to a card for shipping.
Here is a close up of another banner. Each one is just a bit different. Same theme...
And here is a look at how I hid the paper clip.
It will attach to the side of your planner pages.
I am quite happy with how these turned out.

Beloved Bouquet

Happy Saturday! I'm back today with a new card featuring the Beloved Bouquet stamp of the month set. I pulled out some of the glacier blue houndstooth paper from the Zoe pack to create this fun card.
I used some misting with water directly on the stamps before putting them to the paper. I love this effect.
I added just a hint of gold thread behind the rose blossom.....
This is just a better view of the misting on the leaves.
You can purchase this delightful set for just $5 when you purchase $50 or more!
Don't forget about our National Paper crafting month! This set is $8.95 and one lucky winner will receive it FREE!!!! How, simply place an order with me here and on January 31, 2016, I will announce the winner of this fabulous Picture My Life set!!!!

Rose Blossom Beloved Bouquet Stamp of the Month Hop...

Welcome to 2016 and Happy New Year!!!
We are celebrating this day in high fashion! It is also our .....
It doesn't matter where you begin on this hop, we go in a circle. If you came here from Kristine's Merry Heart Creations you are on the right
path. I'm sure you were so inspired by her ever lovely project.
This month our stamp is Beloved Bouquet, look at this-beautiful set. Imagine all the possibility with this one.
I used the smaller flower and third generation stamping for the base in poppy ink. The center flower is second generation. I did the same for the leaves and fussy cut them.
This set is just so easy to achieve perfect stamping.
I cut the mason jar from the Artistry cartridge at 7.25 out of watercolor paper and used our watercolors to add just a hint of "water" to the jar. It is finished off with just a twist of poppy twine.
The sentiment is gold embossed with three complementing gold sequins attached at the top of the card.
Don't forget about our National Paper crafting month! This set is $8.95 and one lucky winner will receive it FREE!!!! How, simply place an order with me here and on January 31, 2016, I will announce the winner of this fabulous Picture My Life set!!!!
Now, if you can head on over to visit Brenda to join the hop from the beginning or below is a complete list of all Blossoms in this hop.
