It rained yesterday and I got to spend time playing in the studio! :-) I made this card using Unforgettable level 2 paper pack, sorbet and juniper inks, sorbet bulk ribbon, and Butterfly Wings (D1341). I inked the stamp in sorbet first and then used rock and roll with juniper. I stamped it two times, cut out used mini glue dot to adhere it to card and slightly curled the wing. I attached the second the same way, only I put more curl into the wing to achieve the "in flight" look.
Using this Card Pattern sketch 19, I made this card that uses ocean, black and white cardstock. The flowers are stamped in breeze and black using Friendship Blessings (D1191). The ribbon and bling were just in my stash.
This is a fun card I made using Magnolia line from My Minds Eye. I love this paper so much that I keep every scap from it. Matter of fact, this card is created from those scraps. The stamp used is Free Spirit (1217). I used chocolate ink. The ribbon is CTMH and the brads are Bazzill Bling.

WhooHoo...congrats on another blog award!! You certainly deserve it!! Your butterfly card...AMAZING!! The paper and the colors are just perfect...how did you ever think to have the butterfly 'flying' off the card? It is a FABULOUS idea! All of the cards are great, but that is my fav of the 3:)
ReplyDeleteI love how you flipped the CP sketch on its side. Those colors are fabulous together. Love the patterns, too. So glad you could play along with us!
