It is Monday and there is a new challenge up at Practical Scrappers. This week we want to see anything winter! My sister celebrates her birthday on New Year's Eve and I made this card for her. My paper is left overs from the AC Bailey kit I used two weeks ago. The rub-ons are Fancy Pants and the ribbon is stash. I love the way this card came out.
