Mojo Monday 405....

I love this sketch at Mojo Monday!
So my sweet and beautiful leader, Brenda Rose threw out a challenge to me to pull those old, and I mean OLD CTMH papers out and create....so I did!
This card is using the Free Spirit Level 2 paper pack. Who remembers levels? Yea, I said it was old!
I also pulled out some older CTMH bakers twine, bling, and a button for this one. The stamp is Keep Your Chin Up. I just won that stamp from Brenda.  So, I thought it was appropriate to include it on this card.
Happy Scrapping,

Sweet Baby Boy

Morning Ladies,
I hope your week is off and running with sunshine and smiles. I'm in baby card making mode today. Where my mom works, there are seven babies arriving this month. She asked me to make the cards for her, four baby boys and three baby girls. My first card is using the Mojo sketch 95 and some soft blue shades. I'll also be making this card in pink for one of the girls. I hope you enjoy and have a great Tuesday.

Love Blue Awning...

Good Friday Evening,
I have had a day filled with enjoying the sunshine outside, playing with the Little Kids, and spending time on the lake. Did I mention that the sunblock worked in all the places it was applied. I am burned in one area straight across my back and in one spot on my arm, weird, huh!
On to my post for today, I used up scraps from my Savannah album to create this week's Mojo Monday card. The challenge over at Papertake Weekly is to use something you love. Have I said just how much I love Blue Awning? I just love the vintage feel of the paper, it has lighter and darker hues of blues, golds, and greens, along with a pale wheat color. What is not to love about it?

Blue Awning papers, ribbon and flower are K & Co.

Mojo with My Grafico Prize

Good Morning Ladies,
I got to play with my new digi images I won yesterday from My Grafico over at Card Patterns. I simply adore dragonflies. I knew I wanted to use this bright paper for my Mojo 92 card and thought the little dragonfly would be perfect for it. One thing for sure is, I have to get some Copics!!! I'm not really happy with the way my coloring the image turned out. Another thing, I should have made the card wider...not happy with the position fo the little sentiment square. Oh well....if you have thoughts, let me hear...
Recipe:
Magnolia paper -- My Minds Eye
Dragonfly from Garden Elements Digi --My Grafico
CTMH inks--Autumn Terracotta, Honey, Citrus Leaf, Hollyhock, and Breeze
CTMH --Blending Pen
Sentiment--CTMH For Every Occasion (D1187)
Ribbon--Offray
Flowers--Prima
Brads--Bazzill

Some Mojo On Wednesday

I wanted to make a fun card for this week's Mojo sketch 91. I am totally lovin' this Animal Cookies paper, aren't you? I used the level 2 paper and stickease for this one. Inks used were clover meadow and dutch blue. Just for a fun touch, I added some Bazzill Bling brads down the outside edge of the card. Hopefully, you can see the brads. My little Jon-Christopher wants me to take him and his sister, Ashela, to the Knoxville Zoo. I thought this would be cute to send them with a note saying "We are going WILD for the zoo!"
Hope you enjoy it!!

Boom-Di-Ada Thank You

Here is a second Mojo Monday sketch card for this week. I really like this sketch. I attempted to do a lollipop flower. I see the beautiful flowers on cards that Grace and Karen create and I LOVE them. I'm not quite sure mine are as nice as theirs, but I had fun.

I used Boom-Di-Ada level 2 paper, hollyhock ink, and Friendship Blessing (D1191) stamp.

Some Mojo for Thursday

Happy Thursday everyone! The weather outside is brewing up some strong storms about now. Radar shows it will be at my house within the next 30-40 minutes. So, what better way to spend a stormy morning than to make a Mojo card? I decided that this card will also double as a geometric card over at Creative Card Crew.
I made this Father's Day card for my Uncle Gary who is just like a Daddy to me. I used Bamboo cardstock, Sarsaparilla level 2 paper, cholocate ink, Lovely Buckles (D1231) and Delightful Alphabet (D1221) stamps. I used gold embossing powder to give a little bling to the buckle and the stars. This card was a lot of fun to create and I love just how masculine the Sarsaparilla is! Have blessed day!

Mojo Monday 89

The stress is finally feeling like it is
leaving my body. I wonder just why Primary teachers get so stressed in the last few days of school? School is out on Tuesday--YAY!!!
I made this Mojo sketch card for a dear friends birthday. Happy Birthday Brenda. All paper, inks, and stamps are CTMH. I used Bella level 2 paper, Purple Pansy ink, Friendship Blessing stamp, Crate Paper ribbon (Samantha Collection), Prima Petals, and bling that was in a kit from long ago. Have a beautiful and blessed weekend! :-)
