****SECOND POST TODAY, PLEASE SCROLL FOR BIG REVEAL @ DIGITAL INK CO****
Today is the day to feature altered items at Practical Scrappers. I chose to alter a gift bag this week. I just cut some daisy d's dp to size. I used some CTMH cardstock, the marquee cut from the Storybook cartridge, and my cuttlebug embossing folder to make a box for my sentiment. I sanded it and love the look. I added a big orange daisy and a wire leaf I had picked up from Wal mart. I took the handle strings out and replaced them with some yummy cocoa ribbon from CTMH. I really love how this turned out and plan to make some more to share on Thanksgiving day. Visit Practical Scrappers to see what my creative sisters came up with for this altered challenge. While there, go to the link to Message Boards. We have a wonderful community to share ideas, projects, and just socialize. We'd love to have you visit!

ReplyDeleteKim: Love this bag. So pretty. I've been really busy, too, as it seems most people are at this time of year. Going to Cincinnati for Thanksgiving. I guess I'll freeze to death since I live in Florida, and this is cold enough for me. LOL Congrats on remaining on PS Design Team, and especially being a DT leader. You really deserve it.
