Good Morning,
As an educator, I want to take a moment to remind you that April is Autism and Child Abuse Awareness month.
I have autistic children in my class every year. I love them and they are precious to me! Together we can solve the puzzle!
The blue ribbon below represents Child Abuse Awareness. Please take a moment today to think about children who may be suffering with this horrible abuse. In most cases, it happens very silently and in families you would never suspect.
Be aware and say a prayer!
Blessings,

What a great way to get the word out. I also spent my social working years investigating the child abuse and it has stayed with me all these years.
ReplyDeleteI still pray for all the victims and hope the perpetrators get some help.
Thank you for posting this today!!!! Both causes are so very important.....I know what it feels like to investigate child abuse...being a social worker....was one tough job and it just about broke my heart with these children in abusive homes...We have a dear friend who's son has Autism...I see the struggles that they endure daily!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks again for making us all aware and prayers go out for these sweet children!!!
Thanks for putting this reminder out there for all of us to take a moment to remember the little ones! Prayers for all the lil' people in the world :)
