Sample Retreat Projects

I finally got some time to take my photos and post some of the things I did while on retreat. I made 40 cards and matching envelopes for a swap I am in with Jen Dawson on the CTMH Bulletin Boards. This first card is by far my favorite! I used my new cuttlebug to emboss the black cardstock. Let me tell you just how I LOVE my Cuttlebug! It is my favorite toy to play with now!!!! I stamped the image and then used stickles to add some elegant flair to the lady. Cardstock is Black and White Daisy from CTMH, the stamp is the May Stamp of the Month Be Yourself, brad is unknown, ink is CTMH Sweet Leaf.

I had posted this card a while back. This card features Honey cardstock, Stardust paper, all CTMH, green floss from K & Co., star punch, yellow buttons from Wal-Mart, May Stamp of the Month, and the flourish is from Heartthrob. Inks were CTMH Honey and Twilight, and a scallop border punch.

This card had also been posted previously, the featured paper is Emporium and Bamboo cardstock from CTMH, brads from Hobby Lobby, ribbon is bulk Cocoa from CTMH, May Stamp of the Month and Connections stamp from CTMH. Inks on this one were Chocolate, Honey, Barn Red, and Twilight.

This card features the Tickled Pink kit from CTMH. The flowers were part of the kit, I just inked them in Sweet Leaf then stamped with the matching I am set in Hollyhock. The brads are from Bazzill, ribbon is unknown.

I also got 17 pages completed in my Savannah Spring Break album. These are just a sample of what I did. I used the entire Blue Awning collection from K & Co. in this book. This page is the first page in the book with the important journaling.

This next photo is the first page of a two page layout that is my favorite in the entire book. It is my gorgeous Forsyth Park and fountain.
Oh, how I loved retuning to my beloved Savannah and Tybee Island!

Hope you enjoyed a sample of my creative juices.

Blessings,
